Bigger Opportunities Ahead: Community Foundation Expands 2026 Student Bursaries
Originally established in the early 2000s as the Harbour Youth Services Bursary, the award was created to honour the legacy of the late Justice Ronald B. Lester, a respected advocate for youth justice. In 2013, the Fund was formally entrusted to the Thunder Bay Community Foundation to ensure its long-term sustainability.
